Job Description
Support Oracle App on Exadata/Exalogic architecture; Clone Oracle Apps; Support Fusion middleware components; Monitor EBS, Mid-tier & dbases through Oracle; Manage & maintain Oracle Apps using ad utilities & applying patches; Implement & manage Active Data guard switchover/Failover on Oracle Apps; Improve system performance w/tuning, monitor w/shell scripts, implement maintenance activities; Perform sys admin activities for Production/Non-Production instances; Configure iSupplier portal using external web tier in Oracle Apps; Setup system & user profiles for Oracle Apps, administer concurrent managers &reports; Develop suite of utilities for maintenance of various Oracle Apps environments incl. config, initialize, automate dbases, webserver, form servers ,concurrent managers startup/shutdown processes; Configure RMAN for all dbase backups, restore, recovery; Support security audit & vulnerability mgmt.

Experience: Must have at least 48 months experience in the Job Offered or as Lead DBA (Database Administrator) – Oracle Apps, DBA-Oracle Apps, Oracle Apps DBA, Software Engineer or equivalent.

Special Requirements: Qualifying experience must include using Oracle, Oracle Applications, Oracle Enterprise Linux, Oracle Sun Solaris, Oracle EBS, Oracle OEM, Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN), Oracle Demantra, Windows, UNIX, WebLogic. Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. We anticipate the possibility of travel approximately 10% to 20% of the time.
